I was wondering what causes allergies and how to cure them. I think there is always some kind of trauma or fear at the heart of whatever it is that you are allergic to. I love cats incredibly much but for some reason my body always acts really weird when there is a cat around. My allergy for cats makes my nose itchy, but also my ears, eyes, throat and even my hands can't stay without scratching.
I was guided to go into a hypnosis. In this deep state of meditation we went to the past experience that caused my allergy for cats. I never thought something like this would come up. Whilst in deep state of meditation we rewired the limited believe from my subconscious mind to let go of my emotional blocks around cats and it's physical manifestation (cat allergy). Enjoy watching!
